The initial idea of the design bearing the stamp of Southern area expresses some special sights such as Cuu Long river, wet rice and the symbol of lotus integrating with the university's logo based on the name of Cuu Long meaning 9 dragons. The architect used all the above-mentioned images to design the new and modern administrative area for the university.
